Telegram User ID & Username – to identify and manage user participation.

Wallet Addresses – to verify token holdings and manage access to clubs.

Transaction Hashes – to validate ownership via on-chain transactions.

Token Holdings – temporarily queried from public Solana blockchain data.

We do not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or any sensitive wallet data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information strictly for the following purposes:

To verify token holdings and club eligibility.

To issue milestone rewards and automated airdrops.

To track and display leaderboard standings.

To automate access to private groups.

To enforce anti-abuse protections (e.g., rate limits, CAPTCHA, bans).

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using encrypted databases where applicable. Public blockchain data is accessed on demand and not stored beyond what's required for bot functionality.

HODL Club relies on public APIs and services such as:

Solana RPC endpoints to read on-chain data.

CoinGecko Terminal API to fetch token prices.

Telegram API for bot functionality.

These services have their own privacy policies and are not controlled by us.

5. User Rights

Disconnect your wallet from the bot at any time.

Delete any stored Telegram data linked to your user ID.

To do so, simply type /disconnect or contact support.

6. Children’s Privacy

HODL Club is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Major changes will be announced via the official HODL Club Telegram channel or group. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
